Yes! It does matter who makes your coffee. That’s why we’ve built a team of friendly familiar faces, with trained hands and a shared love for the ritual of coffee making. We love to talk to you about the 72 hour carbonic maceration process of the Ethiopian single origin pink bourbon beans grown in 1900 masl in a small reserved lot with flavour notes of red plum, dark cuban chocolate and summer ripe strawberries! – Or the difference between Flat White and Latte, just ask anyone in the team!
